Arrival times are after 3pm and departure times are no later than 10.30am unless by prior arrangement. Our week runs from Friday until Friday. 3 night stays starting on Friday and 4 nights stays starting on Monday.

 

Clean towels and linen are provided at the beginning of your stay. There is washing machine for your own use.    

 

We require a refundable deposit which will be returned within 7 days of your departure if the property is left in good order. Just as at home, equipment breaks down and items can get broken or damaged during your stay. Please let us know if this happens so we can replace and repair items so the guests following on are not disappointed.
